I have been a personal trainer and baseball coach since 2020, while receiving my bachelor's in exercise science in 2024. My experience with the gym started as a 15 year old kid just looking to get better at my sport and feel more confident in my own skin. This developed into a passion for helping people gain confidence and results through exercise. Throughout the years, I have worked with hundreds of people with an array of different goals. Getting to know the reason or the "why" behind your ambitions is the key to determine your success. As a trainer, I love developing relationships with all my clients to ensure that there is both accountability and unconditional support throughout the entire process. The best approach to fitness is a simple approach. Stick to the basics, follow the principles, and execute everything at a high level and at a pace that works for you. No gimmicks, just good old-fashioned consistency and intensity.
